Documentation

Start with the job that eats a morning every week and hand it over. These pages cover that, and everything else about running your workspace: getting your team in, your address, attaching machines you already own, what the models cost you, your data, and what to do when something looks wrong.

Your first routine

Hand over one job you do by hand every week: the sentence you type, what starts it, where the result lands, and how you know on Friday that it really ran.

Your first steps

Claim the administrator account before you share the address, meet the agents a new workspace arrives with, and put your first weekly job on a schedule.

Your address

Your workspace has its own web address. It is also where webhooks post and your own machines call home, so changing it later means re-registering them.

Using your own machines

Some work has to run on a machine you already own, because the data lives there or the machine is more powerful. Connect one and your agents can use it.

Models and limits

One bill. The AI connection is part of your subscription, with no account to open or key to rotate, and an administrator can cap what a month may cost.

Your data

How to export your agents, workflows, schedules and memory to one file, what stays on our servers after you cancel, and how to have it all removed for good.

When something is wrong

A workspace slow to answer after a restart, an agent with no model chosen, a machine that stopped calling in: the usual causes, and what to send us if none fit.

Not sure what to hand over first

The cookbook has the routines people build here, each with the words to paste into a chat to get one built: the inbox sorted before you open it, invoices typed into a spreadsheet by nobody, the Monday report written while you sleep. Find the one closest to yours and change the names.
