Take a copy whenever you like
Settings has an export that writes your whole workspace to a file: your agents, what they have learned, your workflows, scheduled tasks, triggers and their settings. There are no provider keys in it, because the model connection is ours.
Leaving
Take the export first, then cancel from your billing page. Your workspace keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, and the file you exported is yours to keep: your documents, your agents and everything they have learned. When you are done, tell us and the workspace is removed.
What we keep
Your workspace and everything in it, the conversations, the documents, what your agents have learned and the files they work on, stays on our servers for as long as your subscription runs. Tell us to remove it and it is removed, which cannot be undone and is why we ask twice.
