Take a copy whenever you like
You can export your whole workspace to a file from Settings: your agents, what they have learned, your workflows, scheduled tasks, triggers and their settings. There are no provider keys in it, because the model connection is ours.
Leaving
Take the export first, then write to us to cancel. Your workspace keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, and the file you exported is yours to keep: your documents, your agents and everything they have learned.
What we keep
Your workspace and everything in it, the conversations, the documents, what your agents have learned and the files they work on, stays on our servers while your subscription runs and after it ends: cancelling stops the workspace rather than deleting it.
A stopped workspace is removed ninety days later, with everything in it. That is a scheduled job rather than somebody's decision, it cannot be undone, and afterwards we hold no copy. Take the export before you cancel, or at any point in those ninety days. If you want it kept longer than that, write to us before the ninety days are up and we will keep it.
